Learn the basics of smooth fondant covering with sharp edges and the straightforward method to creating perfect Drips every time! Amanda will also show you how to glaze & decorate a variety of desserts in preparation for your dessert tower. You’ll then learn more advanced techniques to building a tower structure complete with lighting attachment methods. Course Outline

Part 1
Amanda will take you through the Step-by-step process of glazing, coating & decorating a variety of desserts & fruit in preparation for building your dessert tower. Insider tips to colouring and achieving super-white chocolate ganache will also be covered.

Part 2
In this section, Amanda will teach you her techniques to covering the base tier in fondant with super smooth sides and sharp edges. You’ll also learn the easiest method for achieving perfect drips on a cake, every time!

Part 3
The secret behind this incredible Light Up Dessert Tower is the structure & the lights! In this segment, Amanda spills the beans on constructing a stable cone structure and how to attach lights to create this magical dessert centrepiece.

Part 4 
Learn how to securely attach your prepared desserts onto the tower structure to create a stable Dessert Tower whilst still allowing your guests to pick the treats off with ease! You’ll also learn how to finish off your tower with sweet little meringue kisses and learn how to attach fresh florals safely to your centrepiece.
